This page explains how users of BarnFen - 幫分 can request account deletion, including the in-app path and an email fallback, what data is deleted, what data may be retained, and whether any additional retention period applies.

BarnFen is a shared bill-splitting product. If historical expense or settlement records were fully removed after one user deletes an account, other users' group balances and audit history could become inconsistent.
No fixed extra retention term is currently applied. Shared records are retained only where necessary to maintain bookkeeping integrity, audit trails, or other users' records inside shared groups.
You must transfer admin rights to another member before account deletion can finish. This prevents shared groups from being left without an administrator.

BarnFen - 幫分屬於共享分帳產品。如果某位使用者刪除帳號後,過往已寫入群組的帳目或結算紀錄也全部移除,其他成員的群組餘額、對帳結果與歷史紀錄可能會失真。
目前沒有設定固定的額外保留期限。共享歷史資料僅會在維持記帳完整性、稽核軌跡或其他使用者紀錄所必要的範圍內保留。
若你仍是某個還有其他成員的群組中的最後一位管理員,必須先將管理權限轉移給其他成員,帳號刪除流程才會完成。這是為了避免共享群組失去管理者。
